Welcome to The physics, chemistry and dynamics of explosions, a Theme Issue comprising a selection of papers that address current topics in the experimental, computational and theoretical research on the properties of explosions.
The Guest Editors would like to dedicate this Theme Issue to Prof. Derek Bradley of Leeds University. Through the years, he has made many important scientific contributions to understanding the fundamental nature of explosions and applying this knowledge to difficult, important and practical problems. Much of his work has been published in Philosophical Transactions. He has worked energetically to help the Guest Editors and we wish to thank him for his invaluable personal contributions and guidance in generating this Theme Issue.
One contribution of 12 to a Theme Issue ‘The physics, chemistry and dynamics of explosions’.
